The Biofilm Alliance 2025 Conference will bring together leading experts from academia, industry, and regulatory bodies to explore the dynamic intersection of cutting-edge biofilm research and regulatory science.
Recent advances in both academic and industry-led research and development have significantly accelerated the emergence of innovative anti-biofilm technologies. Progress in biofilm analysis is offering new insights into surface resilience and persistence, enabling more effective approaches to detection, control, and prevention.
The conference programme will feature expert speakers sharing perspectives on emerging technologies, evolving regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices. A dedicated discussion session will focus on how regulation can evolve to better support innovation. Key themes will include cross-sector collaboration, aligning scientific progress with compliance requirements, and enhancing regulatory clarity.
